Common Due Dates

 

January 31^st   -   All 1099’s and W-2’s must be in the mail to the recipients

February 28^th-   1099’s and W-2’s must be mailed to the IRS, SSA, and State

March 15^th      -   Tax return filing deadline for Corporations and S Corporations

-   Retirement plan contributions for Corporations unless the return                                       is extended

April 15^th        -   Tax return filing deadline for individuals and partnerships

                        -    IRA Contributions are due
